Life Coach

Life Coach is a skill for Claude Code. It asks about your life (work, money, health, relationships, goals, habits), listens, and then says what it honestly thinks, with concrete next steps. Between sessions it keeps track of your commitments and how each area of your life is going, and follows up on them.

Five kinds of session: a full session, a five-minute check-in, help with one decision, a weekly review, or just listening while you think out loud. Your notes stay on your own computer.

To install, unzip the download into your Claude Code skills folder (~/.claude/skills/) and type /life-coach. The README in the zip has the details.
